Subscription and billing
TableReply is offered as a monthly subscription service at €59 per month unless another written agreement applies. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment handling are managed through the payment flow used at signup.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate restaurant details, Google profile links, tone preferences, and reply rules. Customers are also responsible for reviewing any information they provide to TableReply and keeping it up to date.
Review replies and approval
TableReply drafts and prepares review replies based on the information and preferences provided by the customer. Where approval is used, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving replies before they are posted or handled.
No guaranteed outcomes
TableReply does not guarantee higher Google rankings, rating increases, more reviews, more customers, or any specific business outcome. The service is designed to help restaurants keep their review replies professional and consistent.
Google relationship
TableReply is not Google, is not owned by Google, and does not claim to be an official Google partner. Google Business Profile and Google reviews remain subject to Google's own rules and platform changes.
Service changes
TableReply may update the service, workflow, pricing, or these Terms as the product improves. Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated where appropriate.
