We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, restaurant name, Google profile link, reply preferences, and any details you choose to share when contacting or using TableReply.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide the TableReply service, prepare review replies, manage customer setup, communicate with customers, improve the website and service, and maintain basic business records.
When paid subscriptions are used, payment details are handled by the payment provider used at checkout. TableReply does not need to store full card details on its own website.
Restaurant owners explicitly authorize TableReply to access their own Google Business Profile. The Google permission can provide access to the connected Business Profile account, selected location, reviews, and reply management. TableReply uses that access only to identify the selected restaurant location, read its reviews, and prepare or manage owner-authorized replies. Google data is customer-scoped and is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Google OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and used only by TableReply's server-side service. An owner can revoke TableReply's access at any time through the third-party connections page in their Google Account. Owners may also contact hello.tablereply@gmail.com for help disconnecting Google access or requesting deletion of their TableReply data.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, payments, communication, hosting, analytics, or the review reply workflow, where this is necessary to provide the service.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations.
